Our thought life will reproduce

Be careful of your thought life.

As a man thinks in his heart, so he is.  Proverbs 23:7a

One of the most important laws of the universe is the law of reproduction.  It’s very simple: All things reproduce after their own kind.

We all know that corn seed will produce no vegetable other than corn.  What many people do NOT realize is that our thoughts will also reproduce after their own kind.

Many people blame unfortunate  circumstances for their problems.  Perhaps they should be blaming their reaction to those circumstances.  What kind of thought life did they have? A proper attitude would be “With God’s help I can overcome those circumstances”.  Then, as they meditate upon that attitude, more similar thoughts would begin to grow.

Take responsibility for your circumstances

Use your

• Imagination
• Thoughts and
• Feelings

to take hold of what you believe your future in the Kingdom of God is.

Note the verse from Proverbs near the top of this page. As we create something in our imagination, so it will become. Your circumstances right now are a product of this principle.

Jesus equated imagination with reality in Matthew 5:28: Anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.

People say things like, “The devil stole such and such away from me.”  It’s human nature to blame others for our negative circumstances. God wants people to take responsibility for their own circumstances. They should learn the principles of God so that they can take that responsibility.

You have to walk in life & in love. You must train your senses to feel light emanating from you when you

• Love
• Are thankful
• Are worshiping.

You train your senses with your imagination.

We are meant to be creative

 In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.  Genesis 1:1

God created man in His own image.  Genesis 1:27a

Theresa Dedmon says that Genesis 1:1 tells us that God is creative.  Since we are created in His image, it follows that all believers have the capacity to be creative thinkers.

We are to be “the head and not the tail”.  We should be using our creative talents to transform culture.

Anointing on painting made people well

Handkerchiefs and aprons that had touched him were taken to the sick, and their illnesses were cured.  Acts 19:12a

A lady with stage 4 cancer was healed by looking at an anointed painting.  A man with bipolar disorder was healed by looking at the same painting.

Man Was Blind But Now He Sees

A girl who had never done creative art before took a risk.  She went into a homeless shelter & began to work with the Holy Spirit to do some creative thinking.  She began drawing the man in front of her.  The man was sad but she drew a smile on his face.  Then she used the drawing to introduce the man to God. He kept the drawing in his pocket. His blind eye was healed, an ear was healed and a weak hand was healed.

Creative thinking & a stick figure valentine

One of Theresa Dedmon’s students drew a stick figure valentine and gave it to a lady in a supermarket. She was quite hearing impaired. She looked at the valentine and let the student pray for her hearing. She was healed.

Go into the courts before praying

Ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him. The court was seated, and the books were opened.  Daniel 7:10b

Are your prayers going unanswered?  The solution may be in going into the courts of heaven and claiming your legal right.

Jesus told us that we should approach God as

• Father
• Friend and
• Judge.

To get your prayers answered, consider going into the courts of heaven and approaching Father God as judge.  Hear more about this issue in the video below.

Don’t put prayer on a battlefield

At one point Robert Henderson had been praying about a serious family issue for two years.  Then, 15 minutes in the courts of heaven accomplished more than the previous two years of praying.

Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.            1 Peter 5:8

The word adversary in the comes from the Greek antidikos which means  one who brings a lawsuit.  The devil is seeking someone to devour.  He cannot devour just anyone.  He can devour those for whom he has a legal right.  He can devour those for whom he has a case in the courts of heaven.
Here is  one of the most important points of this article: If reasonable to do so, get a legal right before you start to pray.  Otherwise, there can be a huge unnecessary, inefficient battle.

Son’s depression left

Robert Henderson’s son was in a deep depression because of a marital problem.  He could see no future for himself.  Robert had been praying over the problem for two years.

Then the Lord told him to go into the courts of heaven.  As his son’s father, he had authority to repent on his behalf.  So he did.

Then the Lord told him to repent of the negative things he had said about his son.  Those negative things had given the devil legal right to harass his son.

Then, at the Lord’s direction he began to prophesy positive things over his son’s life.
