(Editor’s note: The financial freedom article below was originally published around 2012. I cannot find the video to which it refers. The original video was an interview between Joan Hunter & Sid Roth. Here’s a link to a number of interviews between Joan Hunter & Sid Roth. Looking at some of them may give you enough information to help you understand the article.)
People who follow the principles are getting things such as witty inventions. She tells about one lady who dreamt an amazing invention in an industry she knew next to nothing about. She drew up the invention from the dream and ended up selling it for $20 million.
If you watch the video and listed to the audio interviews below, you will hear more examples.
The secrets of getting wealth lie in laws of the spirit realm. Just as we must pay attention to physical laws such as the law of gravity, we must pay attention to laws in the spirit realm.
Many of these laws are discussed in the Holy Bible. For instance, Hebrews 4:12 says For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.
What that means is that, if we do it right, a great deal of power can be exerted in the spirit realm when we quote the Bible. For the novice, that may sound weird. But, the proof of the pudding is in the eating. Joan Hunter gives enough examples so that you will realize that there is something to this.
Deuteronomy 8:18 says, But remember the LORD your God, for it is He who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your ancestors, as it is today. He will give you the power to produce wealth.
But, you must not forget the conditions.
One of the conditions is to hear God’s voice and do what He says. Obedience is incredibly important to God. Another condition is that you must walk in holiness. You must not have a spirit of greed; you must have a spirit of giving.
What we ask for must line up with scripture. If we ask to be able to commit a major sin, your prayer most likely will not be answered. However, if you ask according to a particular scripture and it is a righteous request, your prayer is much more likely to be answer.
Luke 6:38 tells us Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
Think about the above verse. It gives God great joy when you give to a worthy cause. If you give because you are greedy and want to get back, you very likely will not receive what you asked for. If you give with the right motivation, you can expect to be blessed.
When Joan Hunter wants to be blessed, she will often have a reminder of the Bible verse in her giving. Thinking about the message of Luke 6:38, she may give $638 to a worthy cause.
Think about Deuteronomy 8:18 again. Just assume that God wants to give you witty inventions in your dreams and visions. Ask for them.
When you hear the negative reports about the economy in the news, remember this: Line up with the Word and not with the world.
God wants us to be wealthy. Ephesians 2:7 says, So God can point to us in all future ages as examples of the incredible wealth of his grace and kindness toward us, as shown in all he has done for us who are united with Christ Jesus. God wants to be able to show people how He has blessed us.
Remember that My God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19
